Our company called today asking for someone to come and inspect our warehouse system. I received a phone call from Jennifer letting me know that the service man was on his way she was super nice on the phone as well. Zach French was amazing!! He was so professional and worked with me to help fix our issue and to ensure everything was working properly. He was super nice, friendly and very knowledgeable!! We will definitely be calling back to have him out to help us if needed again!! HIGHLY recommend him and this company to anyone in need.
100% Impressed! Zach and Chris were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous! Our furnace replacement was seamless, work area was kept clean and made sure we could run the controls prior to leaving! Would recommend them. We had great service! On very short notice, Davenport sent a technician - Anthony - to my mom's home. She was very concerned about her furnace and didn't think it was working properly. My mom is 92 years old and a company could very easily take advantage of her; yet, Davenport for the past 30+ years has continued to treat her fairly . Anthony listened to my mom's concerns, was extremely patient, and conducted a thorough review of her heating unit. After he was done running a few tests on her unit, he provided very helpful information and options. Whenever Davenport sends someone to help my mom, they are always very pleasant, very courteous, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the heating and AC units. Anthony was no exception! He was very thorough, told us exactly what he found [and didn't find] and provided us with several options. It's hard to find customer service like that provided by Davenport. Would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs!
