Davenport services is great! Our furnace went out on Christmas day when all of our family was over. It was very stressful but Davenport definitely made the situation better! They came over and explained what was best for our home and even helped out with a our hot water heater and reverse osmosis. They are professional and wonderful people to work with! This is a small business and you will not be disappointed with their service!

Wow! Mouse chewed wire from thermostat to control unit in an unobservable location and, as such, the diagnosis was hard to attain. The employees were extremely professional and skilled. More importantly, to me, they were extremely courteous and friendly. Rarely encountered in today's world.

Our water heater finally kicked the bucket. Chris came out to replace it and haul off the old tank. A couple days later, Eryn called to follow up and make sure we were satisfied with the service. They were both professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

We signed up for the bi-annual VIP maintenance. We're going to need a new A/C in the next year or two and it will more than pay for itself.
