Being a VIP customer with Davenport I set up an appointment a couple of months ago to look over my AC and everything was good. No push on any kind of sales.  Also, in between the rains, we’ve been having this year. My sump pump went out.  I called them late one evening and they were out early the next day. After 20+ years of using Davenport as our HVAC service provider , we are leaving their service area. For those years we took advantage of their VIP service plan.  Always very responsive to our service requests.  The VIP service twice a year always made sure our systems were ready for the current season. I would bring them to our new location if I could. I have been using Davenport Service Company for 12 yrs and always pleased with the service. Whether its a phone call to setup maintenance or arrival time from the techs. The techs are polite , friendly & service minded. I also use the yearly membership plan which has saved me money. Not only on repairs but plumbing too.

8/21/24 Was my plumbing inspection, tech Toby & Kelly checked every line in the house and found that the cold water line fittings around the water heater had some corrosion. Toby gave me a quote and said to keep an eye on the corrosion since I was not yet ready to have repair done at this time.  When the guys came to do the inspection, I also told them that my A/C unit outside was making a lot of noise and they didn't even hesitate to go look at it.  They found a few loose screws and the noise is gone.  Before leaving they wanted to know if they could do anything else for me. Davenport Service Co offers a VIP Discount and it helps to save $$$$

10/14/2024 - This time of the year is when Davenport Services calls and makes an appointment to come out and do furnace maintenance, which I have a VIP membership. The tech Toby is a very nice, polite young man.   Always explains what he will be doing.  Thanks Mark Davenport!

2/28/2025 -Today was my FREE plumbing inspection with Davenport Services, which is included in my VIP membership. The tech Charlie was polite and thorough with his inspection. He found that my shut off knobs for the washer need to be replaced soon. I'm to watch for any signs of leakage.

5/1/2025 - Today was my yearly A/C maintenance checkup and my VIP Maintenance Agreement was due for the year. The tech was Quinton and was very polite and explained what he would be doing before he did the service.  Asked if I had any questions or concerns, which we discussed.
