We have the pleasure of taking care of this family for over 20 years. With regular maintenance on their systems to minor repairs. There was 0 hesitation when his furnace went out last week on who he was going to call. Of course, Davenport. 

It starts with a phone call to our office, where an appointment was set up the same day. That gets sent over to our service tech who diagnoses the system, this one in particular has ran its course for 20 years! (Talk about why you should be on the maintenance plan)

The ultimate decision was made by the family to get a new one installed. From there, a new crew came in to replace the furnace. All within a few hours, everything was installed, checked, cleaned and operational giving this long time customer heat for the weekend and many, many, many years to come. 

After the replacement this customer went on to say “Top notch service for a reasonable price! Davenport has been our provider for 20 years and we are pleased to have them!”
